The blonde woman in blue scrubs greeted me with a nasty attitude and then quickly shrugged her shoulders and shook her head saying “I am not registering anymore people,” Then another co worker’s of her stepped in after I asked how long is the wait, she said 15 minutes or so. Was that too hard to say? I am surprised this place even exists, and the women working the front desk even have a job given their unprofessional behavior. This business should be closed immediately and reported to the better business bureau. I am beyond disgusted. 🤢 People walk in pain and this is what they get! You should be all ashamed of yourselves!

My daughter dislocated her elbow. I took her in and she was out and feeling better in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Fastest medical visit I’ve ever had.

I am deeply disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism my family experienced. My 11-year-old son suffered a cut at the beach, and the Beach Patrol could not stop the bleeding. We were told to apply pressure and call ahead so the facility could prepare for stitches, but no one answered the phone—which I understand. However, upon arrival, the registration clerk, Haiket, immediately commented on how busy she was and that she could “only do so much.” We were told to wait, even as my son’s bandage began bleeding through. When I asked if he could be triaged sooner, both registration staff, Haiket and Kim, shrugged and smirked. Very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Came in after dislocating my shoulder for X-rays. Was in and out in 30 m. Jennifer, Mary, and Ben were attentive and thorough. Recommend going there if you do dumb beach stuff like me.

We were vacationing in Cape May and had to get medical attention for my 2 year old daughter. From the second I walked in everyone was helpful, and the nurses jumped to help. Everyone was so kind. Best urgent care experience I have ever had!
