During my initial visit, I supplied results for 21 urinalysis reflexes, 23 cultures, and 26 specialist notes, something above and beyond that most patient do not do. After a few visits, when I called over the phone, she refused to acknowledge the recurring UTIs, despite multiple doctors confirming the diagnosis. The nurses dismissed my information three times and recorded both inaccurate and impolite details in my patient notes. Despite my consistent politeness and objectivity, their denial of my UTI history displayed blatant disregard for the extensive paperwork I provided. Came for a second opinion after original diagnosis of IC. Doctor was beyond frustrated. Placed a catheter without any informed consent whatsoever while a male medical student was in the room. Didn’t even tell me what she was doing. There was no need for a catheter at all, not a single test was run. Bedside manner was atrocious, and it’s horrific that patients would be subjected to completely unnecessary and uninformed procedures to rack up the bill.

The receptionist humiliated me when I came in 20 minutes late. She claimed I was 30 minutes late and was extremely mean when I tried to explain that I have severe anxiety driving and when my ride was unable to take me today I had to drive myself.
