Atlantic Pediatrics (Dr Concannon and Dr Vitale LLC)

I can’t say enough good things about this whole office. The staff is consistently kind and courteous. They are always responsive and patient. We love Angelica! She takes the time to answer my questions and she is so knowledgeable. She has always been so compassionate, even with an after hours call. I’m so sorry I don’t know her name, but the medical assistant we usually see is such a sweetheart, especially with my son. She has the most calming demeanor and her great attitude makes our experience so easy and comfortable every single time. Also, we never have to wait - they are prompt and the appointments go so smoothly. We appreciate the time the office takes for our family and would recommend this practice highly to anyone who is pregnant and looking for a pediatrician.

I absolutely feel comfortable bringing my kids here the staff was nice and welcoming we sat in the lobby for less then 10 mins the dr and nurses were nice sweet respectful towards the kids although my son really needed a physical for school as the school has been giving me a hard time about it but my son was sick nd couldn’t have it done which I understand but dr made sure another appt was set to make sure it would get done nd actually gave some advice for my son eating habits which actually helped ! So yeah I would definitely recommend here

We were recommended to Atlantic Pediatrics 6 years ago, and I cannot be more grateful for such wonderful medical caregivers, all of the doctors, nurses, and staff members. From day one, as new parents, they have always heard us, always helped us, never belittled or dismissed us, and truly guided us to the best decisions and care of our children. 3 kids later and my husband and I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician.

I typically do not review, but after seeing some of these negative reviews, I felt obligated to. Dr Vitale is amazing and her staff is extremely kind and helpful. Ive been taking my daughter there since she was born 19 months ago and have never had a negative experience. Staff is always friendly and attentive and the facility is always clean. Dr. Vitale herself is fantastic. She is very understanding, answers any questions you have and gives you options on what you can do with your baby if you have any concerns as a new parent. She isnt pushy at all and she is extremely polite and professional. These negative reviews below me do not align with my experience at all and I can only imagine they stem from the reviewers own negligence.

Dr Vitale is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She is a mother herself and wise enough to know when to listen to her patients' mothers and also when to tell mom to stop googling. I highly recommend Dr Vitale. They get us in to see the nurse practitioner whenever I have a concern. Which is also my single complaint... And this is actually a positive depending on how you look at it: shes too busy with other patients to get a sick visit with same day. I prefer Doctor Vitale to the current nurse practitioner, who is not a parent and has given me incorrect information in the past. I'm not a doctor so I dont know its wrong until I speak with another healthcare professional/doctor. Very dangerous.
