My parents have been in various facilities over the years. My dad was here during the hight of the pandemic and they had excellent procedures for insuring safety and he never got COVID. When we needed my mom to go to a skilled nursing facility, we chose Atlantic Memorial Healthcare Center because of its location and past experience. The facility is clean, safe and well staffed. 3 ladies in a room, but pleanty of space to sit and visit. My mom got more than enough attention. She loved the staff. The nurses, assistants, PT and OT staff were great. I even witnessed them being nice to really difficult patients without complaining. The only staff we had trouble with was the doctor. It is difficult to find a skilled nursing facility like Atlantic Memorial Healthcare Center. The day my mother was admitted to this healthcare center the staff was welcoming, professional, and truly compassionate. One by one the staff introduced themselves and their roles. They immediately zoom in to my mother‘s needs with tenderness, patient, respect and friendliness. My sister and I was so amazed how the staff paid attention to my mother needs not as a number, but as a human being. My mother is 95 years old with a very strong personality, but they knew how to handle her. The staff was professional and discussed all my concerns. Over the past few years, my mom has been in several different facilities from skilled nursing to long-term care and many hospital visits. I would highly recommend this facility Based on a lot of experience.

My mother is 84 years old and spent over 3 months at Atlantic. I have experienced other healthcare centers as she has gotten older and this is by far the BEST in the industry. The level of cleanliness and care is unmatched! I live out of state and I was in constant communication with her nurses, rehabilitation and even FaceTimes with her provided by the super caring (Lucy) CNA’s whenever I requested. My mother thrived, all her sores or abrasions healed, the food was great, so she eat well, protein shakes during the day to protect her muscles and ice cream as special treats. They take there responsibility of elderly care very seriously and it shows in the health of their patients. My mother is inconstant(uses a diaper and needs cleaning), she was always fresh and clean ever time I saw her.

While we don’t have personal experience as a resident, we work closely with this facility through referrals to our agency. The team has always been professional, communicative, and respectful, which makes coordination smooth and efficient. It’s clear they take their processes seriously, and we appreciate how easy they are to work with.
