little wait time I see Dr Choi, she actually cares. As far as the front desk (Imani ) all I can say god bless her she will slam that phone down in your ear or sweet as pie but who's to judge. All in all a great place Im just mad cause i cant slam a phone so dramatically before she does having an iphone only.

I recently saw Dr. Pai after being with another rheumatologist in central Jersey for 2 years. I felt like my concerns weren't being adequately listened too, and as a nurse I felt that something was being missed. My first appointment with Dr. Pai was a full hour (which is what they allot for all new patients), she was on time (huge win!) and took her time to do a full exam and listen to all of my complaints. She ordered blood work and x-rays and got back to me immediately via the portal with all my results, and even sent me for an MRI due to my abnormal x-rays. Because she took the time to listen to me and do a full exam she was able to catch my condition early and start me on appropriate treatment. Been calling for 2 days now to schedule and.whoever answers says they will have scheduling call me and no one calls. This is beyond maddening. Extremely unprofessional.

Dr. Sheeta Patel is so super smart and an incredible communicator. She has a lovely bedside manner, too. I find it incredible how knowledgeable she is. In addition to her specialty she is going for her functional medicine certification. Dr. Patel gets the whole picture.

I was told I needed to see a rheumatologist immediately and I called the Morristown location to try and schedule an appointment. Within 30 seconds of calling I get hung up on, thinking it was a mistake I call back and get hung up on in the middle of my sentence. That is very unprofessional of the staff to do and disrespectful. If someone is calling you trying to schedule an appointment then it must be important but to hang up on patients ? My health is important to me and if I cannot schedule a simple appointment then my health must not be that important to staff. I am very disappointed, Never coming here again.
