If I could give zero stars I would choose that. As an asthmatic I very strongly advise you to avoid this office. They will not see you. They will not help you feel better. They do not care that you are out of medicine. They do not care that you spent the night in the ER bc you were out of the medicine they failed to provide you. They will not care that you were told by the ER doctor to follow up. They will tell you that they can't see you and if you still don't feel better go back to the emergency room. These people are awful in the textbook definition of awful. Choose to live and choose to not be treated by these robots.

I have been seeing Dr Gupte for a couple years and love her. My asthma is finally under control . She is a wonderful patient Dr. I have never had an issue with the front desk or the nurses before either.

All other reviews about feeling like a cash cow are completely accurate. To say I’ve been taken advantage of is an understatement. Nasty and dismissive office staff that does not follow proper procedure with patients. Doctor Donnabella and office staff forced testing on me when my asthma has been under control. During my breathing test, the woman facilitating the test said she “didn’t understand why I was there since my lungs look great.” She also had me sign off on paperwork halfway through my test with no information or explanation. Now I am left with a $1,200 medical bill from breathing into a tube for 10 minutes. I have been fighting this bill for over 4 months. My recommendation is to steer clear of this doctor and office, unless you are okay with unethical behavior. Still in awe that

If you are having trouble breathing or shortness of breath don’t think about going here, you won’t get past the nasty office staff! The office staff will not give you an appointment even if you were on your death bed. When you are working at a doctors office you should have compassion, which this office lacks. Unfortunately if the doctors are good here you can’t get past the office staff, they are supposed to in my opinion be happy and try to be accommodating not abuse the patient when you feel your worst. Sorry to say we will not be returning to the practice.

Don't even bother, reception left me on hold for over 10 minutes, you'll never get in.
