If you call at 4:40 you are put on hold for 15 minutes until the answering service picks up at 4:55. So let me get this straight - the staff time is valuable but mine is not. Noted. Why not just have the answering service start earlier instead of keeping someone on hold FOR 15 MINUTES?!
Love this office! When I first started having trouble breathing over two years ago, I was able to call and get in to see Dr. Hewston the same day I called! Dr Hewston is very thorough and I'm glad I found this office
Place is brand spankin new! Everyone is amazingly friendly. Dr Hewston is a top notch doctor and the front desk have to be the nicest people I have ever met. Thank you for all your help!
