Excellent Urgent Care. Despite a pretty good number of patients, I was seen pretty promptly. The staff from the front desk to the medical assistant were friendly and patient. Most of all, I received great care from Stephanie Guerrero, the PA-C, today. She was as knowledgeable as any doctor. She listened to my whole history while helping me focus and collaborate on my care. I was blessed. I'd love for her to be my primary physician.

I went to this urgent care today and the facility was very clean and organized. All of the staff members were kind and welcoming from the front desk to medical assistant and Physician Associate. Stephanie was extremely thorough with her assessment and truly listened to my needs. She was able to address all my concerns and ensured I was comfortable with the treatment plan. I would highly recommend PA Stephanie and this urgent care.

So I am here now receptionist at the front desk was kind and Polite And patient, how ever the rn or who ever she is was rude and lacks empathy. Sad honestly not sure the title if it was a physician also but dismissive as well. I have asthma have had asthma since I was a Child and I know when I am in need to steroids if they look at my chart they can see that as well. It’s getting close to closing but this is and urgent care come on people do better. First and last time. Just leaving the place the lady said my fever was 100!!!!

Great Doctor, Terrible Administration. We had our first appointment here as new patients and the administrative experience was a nightmare. The staff entered my name and date of birth incorrectly into the system. When the error was caught, instead of fixing it promptly, the front desk told me to wait an hour just for them to update my profile. We also requested joint scheduling for my husband and me, but they ignored our request and split us up. While the medical care might be fine, the front desk's lack of professionalism and the system's inefficiency are deal-breakers. If you value your time and want your medical records to be accurate, be cautious.

Had a very positive experience a my appointment with the nurse practitioner Pauline O. She was most attentive to my particular issue and listen to me carefully. Her explanation of what needed to happen and what I needed to do was expressed very clearly. I was also appreciative of her compassionate concern. I was well cared for. Gary
