Atlantic Health Urgent Care

This is my third time going to this Urgent Care with my son. I always have a wonderful experience every time. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and very attentive. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and the medical team took the time to listen to our concerns. The medical assistant was incredibly patient and gentle with my son, explaining everything in a way he could understand and helping him feel calm and comfortable. We never felt rushed, and the care we received was thorough and reassuring. The facility was clean, well-organized, and child-friendly. We left feeling confident and well cared for. I truly appreciate the compassion and excellent service we received and would highly recommend this urgent care to any parent.

I had such a great experience from start to finish. The receptionist was extremely patient with me and very pleasant dealing with my onboarding. The first doctor I met was great and the main physician there was excellent as well. Felt very comfortable at this location and was listened to when asked questions about how I was feeling. In and out in one hour

Staff were very friendly, no lines, and Alma, the MSN-FNP who took care of me, was an exceptionally good listener. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. My medication was available at the pharmacy as I arrived, and a patient survey was issued in a very timely manner. Overall, end-to-end, a great experience.

Awesome experience. Going to switch over to this location from a nearby pediatric urgent care. Friendly staff, walk in easily accommodated and feel confident with diagnosis. I went to other very nearby place that states “walk-ins always welcome” and the woman told me they aren’t taking walk ins because they were backed up 3 hours already. Need better management if that’s the case. I’m not here to trash talk others, but to give kudos to this place. Thank you for all your help. My daughter was very happy with her experience here
