Atlantic Health Urgent Care

Great experience at this urgent care. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. We were seen quickly, and the provider took time to explain everything clearly. Clean facility and smooth check in. Highly recommend.

Great urgent care experience from start to finish. The staff was polite, patient, and efficient, and the check-in process was quick and easy. I only remember Mark’s name, but everyone I interacted with was wonderful. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the visit was.

I took my family member to this urgent care and I have to say this was the best experience I had at an urgent care yet. The check in process was made smooth and the manager Mark was so nice and helpful! He was able to figure out how to solve our insurance issue as well as make sure everything about our appointment was made seamless. I would highly recommend this urgent care and props to Atlantic health for having such a great team and leader in their urgent care. I will be coming back here if I need medical attention and highly recommend to anybody in the area

Fair warning to anyone who doesn't have insurance, they do not allow you to be billed anymore and will require you to pay for EVERYTHING out of pocket day of. For those who don't want to read all of what I'm about to write here's the short version: The staff and doctors are usually kind, however their new policies may not work for everyone's situations and, I don't feel as though the way I was told/the way my situation was handled by the manager was done very well. Now to actually explain what happened - The receptionist during my visit was very kind when I expressed to her that I lost my insurance and have not been able to get on a new plan yet, and she went to get her manager to see if there was anything that could be done, since I knew I would need an x-ray that I would not have been

Rude front desk employee, not sure what her name is. Let her know what I needed and before asking any thing else she let me know how much it was and told me insurance doesn’t cover so I would have to pay that.. which is not a probably I just didn’t expect aggressiveness about it. Had an earphone in her ear the whole time while checking her phone. And then was discussing me to another doctor / employee on whether then can do the physical for me or not In another language. Probably will not return to this location again. Not very welcoming.
