My experience was what I call, "Hurry Up and Don't Waste My Time." While the nurse took me to the prep room I told her I had a bad knee cause she had to wait for me to catch up to her. She told me to put on the gown. Then about 2 minutes later she asked me if I was finished, which I wasn't. I felt rushed. I was pretty nervous, being I am 75 yrs old and had never had this done before. I guess they assumed I had. They put in an IV and wheeled me into the procedure room. The anesthesiologist asked me if I ever had a bad reaction to anesthesia. I told her no. I asked her how long the procedure would be, she told me and then said to lay on my side. Dr Fountain came in and introduced herself. She asked me if I'd ever had a colonoscopy before. I said no, just a colloguard. That's when she sai

After seeing many GI Drs in my life Dr Sturgis was able to accomidate my medical issues he found GI issues that in 30 years weren't detected even though I've had symptoms for decades. He also advised me to get second opinion from another GI because I'm an difficult case. I found that so thorough. The second Dr agreed with Dr Sturgis and I now receive treatments at my home. I do wish they accepted more insurances and that they had financial aid. Would put Dr and staff at 5 stars but each visit is straining on my budget.

Recently moved here from out of state. I called this office to make a new patient apt twice - First attempt they took my info, told me they would send me to the person who schedules but she was at lunch this was 1pm so leave a voice mail so I did , this was Mon Jan 5th- Today, Jan 12th I called and was told the same thig except this lady said I will schedule you, then got back on the phone and said she would send me to the lady that does this but she was at lunch so leave a voicemail, this was at 11:45 am this time. I left a voicemail and still no call. So this place Will Not be getting my business. I work in the medical field and this kind of customer service is horrible. They need to train their staff better and make sure their staff follows up with Clients. Especially at a specialist

Dr Sturgis is one of the best. Easy to talk with and explains everything very well about what is going on with you. Highly recommend. Very clean office and staff is very nice.

Dr Kratzer is very nice, she listens, she's gentle and understanding and made me feel comfortable. If your a female going through a colonoscopy she's the one you want.
