Atlantic Community Pharmacy

I had 2 refills on my prescription and when I went online to refill it stated discontinued. Called the pharmacy and they stated the doctor did this. Called my doctor and they called the pharmacy and asked why was it discontinued because it had 2 refills. They told the doctor it didn't have refills that being said I have the bottle with 2 refills. The nurse called the pharmacy and told them to do a new prescription and fill it. After talking to the nurse I waited a half hour and called and they said nothing was called in for me and I said well the nurse talked to someone there and they all claimed no one had spoken to her. This is not the first time because I have prescriptions that had refills and they are all discontinued. My husband and I get several prescriptions at this pharmacy and no

Amazing friendly staff ;) Might I add, most of these reviews are from years ago when it was H&H pharmacy. It’s since been taken over by Eastern Shore Rural Health. And the ones that are actually about this new pharmacy are from the week it opened and nothing was working. Everything is up and running amazingly now. Staff is wonderful if I do say so myself and it’s a very pleasant friendly atmosphere

I have been calling all day and has been leaving me to an answer machine to pick up a prescription that was desperately needed just to find a piece of paper stuck to the door saying closed for the day for annual inventory till tomorrow. We drove 45 minutes out of our way to come here you would think that it would be convenient to leave a message on their answering machine saying they would be closed for the day seeing as it is not put anywhere else. that would at least give customers a choice of transferring the prescriptions to another store if it was desperately needed.

I couldn’t have a better experience with this pharmacy. Ms. Katherine is always super bubbly and happy to see me. The staff is always working hard and super generous. 🩷

This is, without a doubt, the worst pharmacy ever! I went in to pick up a prescription my doctor sent in earlier that day. The girl at the counter asked if she could help me and when I asked about my prescription, before I could finish, she said, "Nope!" This left me gob-smacked; I didn't know what to say or how to respond. This person had asked to help me and when I said I needed my medicine, I got cut-off and a one-word reply. I attempted to elaborate and again received a, "Nope!" reply and the additional information that their computer system had been down all day. A more appropriate initial response would have been, "I'm sorry, our computers have been down all day and we haven't received any prescriptions." I called in the next day to ask about my prescription before I drove the
