Been here since 947am it is now going to 11 am they need more people here or something I put 1 star cause of it the workers tho are kind and sweet and doing a good job tho even tho I been sitting in waiting room for awhile 😑😑 Edit: it's almost 2hours I been waiting im bout say forget it glad im not literally dying

The people are very friendly, the professionals explain everything, the staff here are very polite. I've been coming for several years (6/7), and I've always received excellent service from all the staff at these clinics, from the security guards and front desk workers to the healthcare professionals.

Went for a deep cleaning. They numbed me up and forgot me. 45 minutes later I gave up and left. I recieved a call from the manager and was basically told that they were only 20 minutes late. I was also told that this could happen again if I came back. So I am basically left with the attitude that even though I am paying it doesn't matter because it will happen again. I recommend going across the bay for dental work, unless you don't mind left for 20+ minutes

The staff needs more training and they need better doctors. The doctor won't see you if your 5 to 10 minutes late any doctor's appointment you go to you have a 15 min window frame I see they don't. My fiance was there over the weekend for a follow up and to talk about the headache he was having and I wasn't leaving until someone came to talk to him or see him finally 2 nurses came out I explained what was going on and they did a stroke test and come to find out he had a stroke mind you there is no symptoms for a stroke they notice the twitching in the eye and the confusing he was having and the side of his face was dropping I got him to the ER in 10 minutes they need to do better with their service

My sons doctor is amazing but I can never get him in to be seen because everytime I call when he's sick they tell me to go to express care which is a 2 hour or longer wait. This center needs to find a way to open up sick hours and not keep turning their patients away to urgent or express cares.
