I’ve been coming to Atlantic Coast Medical Center for a while now, and it’s disappointing to see how much the atmosphere has changed recently. What used to feel like a warm, organized, and welcoming office now feels tense the moment you walk in. The new front desk staff are a big part of that shift—they’re curt, dismissive, and seem genuinely bothered by even basic questions. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re inconveniencing the very people who are supposed to help you check in and get settled. The one saving grace here is Dr. Davis. He continues to be outstanding—patient, attentive, and clearly invested in his patients’ well-being. Been a patient of Dr Davis for 20 plus years. A wonderful doctor! Won't hesitate to send you else where if needed! I would recommend him to anyone....infact I did, to my son after he aged out at his pediatric doctor and to his Dad! We all have great confidence in Dr Davis and his staff!!

This was my mother's doctor for years, until recently. My mother was disrespected over the phone while she was inquiring about a charge andthe following day, she was notified the bill was decreased and they understood she was going through a lot. (My mother is fighting ovarian cancer that has spread). The next day she received a 2 day mail letter saying that he could no longer see her or provide for her needs. Sad and not the way a long time patient should be treated. Might I suggest that you look into better more respectful staff in the future, instead.

Dr Davis is an outstanding family physician my husband and I having been going to him for over 20 years he always has times for us if in the office or hospital never rushes us takes time to explain medical condition in terms we can understand just love him so personable.

Dr. Davis is simply amazing in his diagnostic skills and bedside manner. He is so knowledgeable. We are very fortunate to have him.
