The staff is pleasant and eager to help you. My therapist is wonderful. My therapist is easy to talk to and resolve any issues with positive techniques.

The psychiatrists are fine; sometimes they don’t come at the required time and call you at another time, which is very inconsistent and poorly planned. The therapists are subpar; they are young and follow a cognitive behavioral therapy style, versus one that I feel would be better. Also they can be very rude. Also do not be surprised at how dismissive they and reception can be as they will hold you accountable to reach out to them for their mishap, which makes it harder to follow the practice and adds unnecessary burden on top of medical recovery. If you have options I would seek somewhere else.

If I could give them 0 stars would. My Dr does not listen to my concerns nor does she care about me as a patient, (not sure about others). I have been on the same meds and same dose for 4 years and my body has become immune to the meds and is no longer working for me. My mental health has been off and I have never felt more terrible in my life. I have been struggling for 2 years since giving birth to my second child in 2021. To make a long story short I had an incident where I had to go into the hospital because of how bad my panic attacks were and I have a lot going on in my life right now being a single mom of 2. I have been trying to get in touch with my Dr about my meds for a month, leaving voicemails calling her other business and this facility…nothing!!!!! I just got ahold of

I have seen this office twice now for depression and anxiety after my first pregnancy and now during/after my second pregnancy. Dr. Monhan is great and NP Judy Sinicola are amazing. They are always pleasant to talk to and very open. They have made the things going on much easier to deal with. New location is also nice, they used to be located on overlook drive by the emergency depart of the hospital.
