The entire staff was wonderful. The woman who checked us in was so friendly, and our medical assistant was welcoming and thorough, as was Dr. Satcher. It’s scary walking into somewhere new and fearing the unknown, but we were met with a team full of compassion and kindness. My teen has struggled with acne for a few years, and Dr. Satcher took the time to sit down with us, explain all of our options, and most importantly, give my daughter hope. We left feeling heard, supported, and encouraged.

Had an amazing experience with Dr Satcher and Kelly. They were both caring and thorough and took their time to address all my needs. I have a history of skin cancers in my family and Dr Satcher made me feel at ease. So happy I found this practice! I highly recommend Atlanta West Dermatology!

I am so thankful to Dr. Kerrie Satcher and the entire Atlanta West Dermatology team in Vinings. My daughter (and I) were so scared because she had a painful bump after an ear piercing. Dr. Satcher was so calm, patient, gentle and affirming. The team helped her be brave, with minimal pain and we got it resolved same day. The warmth, kindness and how knowledgeable they were made the experience a 10/10. We would DEFINITELY recommend. I made an appointment for myself for something different and my husband is going to go to them also. No regrets!

I was seen promptly after signing in. Front desk pleasant and efficient as was the clinical assistant. Dr Satcher was great with curtesy and efficient complete skin exam and attention to an ongoing problem. She is an outstanding clinician. My wife and i feel fortunate to have Dr Satcher as our dermatologist.

Dr Kerrie Satcher and her staff are amazing ! I was referred to Dr. Satcher after 6 months of trying to figure out the cause of my daughter’s persistent skin rash. Prior to the referral, we had tried several treatments—and different providers , with no improvement, I felt like they will not even listen to my concerns/questions. But From our very first visit, Dr. Kerrie Satcher and Noemi , they took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, review my daughter’s medical history thoroughly, and examine her. I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Satcher’s dedication to getting to the root of the issue when others couldn’t . Her care has made a meaningful difference in our lives.
