Atlanta Plus Primary & Urgent Care Conyers

The staff was impressive. I know a couple minute clinics who could take some customer service lessons from them both in empathy and communication. From check-in at the front; both representatives were courteous and polite. Also had a level of patience I don’t as they navigated a conversation with a customer/client/patient. Nurse and NPR were great as well as the interning students. Nurse listened to what I had to share and discuss; along with a relay with the NPR. Second time in the 6yrs we have been living here have I had a set of healthcare professionals who knew exactly what I was speaking of and not acting as though I knew nothing and too much at the same time. I am from a family of healthcare professionals. I do know something and also know the importance of advocating for my child.

This was our 3rd and final visit to this establishment. In previous visits my husband and I were not overly impressed with the service we received, but we went back this last time because he had an accident that needed immediate attention and they’re the closest urgent care to us. The front desk ladies are nice enough and efficient. The issues, with all 3 visits, have been with the “provider”. My husband stepped really hard on a screw that went right through his foot. They cleaned it and advised he would be on antibiotics and need a tetanus shot. This was expected and unproblematic. Because my husband had an open wound I started asking questions about how it should be cleaned, if he should keep it covered, elevated, walk on it, etc etc. The “provider” said we were making it “difficult” by

My experience was nothing but AMAZING. The front desk representative checked me in with no problem and the staff got me back immediately. The NP was nice, caring and very attentive to my needs. I’d give them 20 stars if I could. 💕💕

Nice and clean facility. Pleasant front staff. I arrived 20 min before my appt. I sat in the lobby for more than an hour. Felt too terrible to get up and ask how much longer as a walk in came in after me was called back before I was. Once I got in the back, it was much better as I didn’t have to wait much longer to be seen. From MA to Nurse to NP, it was great. My nurse though… I think her name is Kat. While doing my assessments and listening to my lung sounds, I had a coughing fit and started to cry. I was exhausted and just felt awful. She was so sweet and comforting. :) I was told that my meds were sent and I called back to say it wasn’t. My pharmacy alerted me not too long after my call that my RX was received. Was looking for a place to get my grandson SP called they had an open. WI greeted with a smile.Cleaned, spacious, respectful staff in and out within a timely manner. Provider was attentive and ask questions . Overall will return if I am in that area again.
