Many thoughts so I will summarize: PRIMARILY: DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!!! The doctors may be good but everything else is a train wreck. At the suggestion of the doctor's surgical coordinator I changed my health insurance, not an easy process, to allow "In Network" care. After a few visits preparing for Cataract surgery I was told I needed a referral from a PCP. Yes, that is common but I discussed with the same surgical coordinator and then it became an issue. More exams...eye measurements, pre op, paperwork, upgraded laser payment, etc...and I had a PCP provide a referral. The original surgery date had been rescheduled due to the insurance issue partly to blame on the surgical coordinator. I am a 72 year old woman and had a terrible experience with their billing department. I had a surgery with Dr. Palay on April 25, 2024. A week before surgery on April 19 at time of appointment, Lisa Blow requested a payment of $275 for refraction procedure which I made and office received my money before surgery. However, for the past year and until now I keep getting a bill for this same refraction procedure, for the same amount. I contacted their billing department many times requesting to correct it in their system. I spoke with Jennie on June 25, Aug 5, Aug 7 about it with no result. She said she'd call me back, but never did. Eventually I was sent over to collections. Great experience with this group! Dr. Weissman is fantastic, patient, answers questions and did surgery to save my sight. Update 6/13/25: I have had cornea transplants in both my eyes and I'm now seeing 20/20 in 1 and 20/25 in the other. Amazing and can't believe how well I can now see! Dr. Weissman is the best!

Have been coming here for a few years. Recently saw Dr. Whitney Seltman for my annual exam. She was fantastic. She's so personable and knowledgeable. She was very patient as I asked several questions. She helped me with an eye problem with a simple solution that the previous eye doc failed to mention. Her nurse, Michelle, is equally as wonderful. So friendly and knowledgeable. Front office staff, both check-in and check-out, were friendly as well. I waited only a few minutes to be seen and the whole process from arrival to departure was pleasant and efficient.

From the moment I walked in to have my deteriorating eyesight examined, through two surgeries, and follow up appointments, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Dr. Perszyk and the entire team have been professional, comforting, and thorough. For the first time in 25 years I have perfect eyesight and I could not be more happy. Thank you so much.
