My prescription was laughed at and it made me feel very shut down. I have been dealing with extreme hair loss over the last 5 years and finally had the means to get it treated. My doctor wrote me a topical solution and told me to take it to a compounding pharmacy. She looked up pharmacies in my area and said this place may have what I need. A woman greeted me and asked to see my script. I said “would you be able to make this for me?” She laughed and said “Maybe! If I could read it.” (In my opinion her handwriting was not that bad compared to the chicken scratch I’ve seen on other prescriptions). I was able to pull up a more legible label for her. Horrible customer service. Was already running late for work and was waiting for them to open. I was at the door when they were supposed to open at 830 and they saw me waiting but just stood there and chose ignore me. I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave.
