Update: The therapist contacted me on Friday (my appointment was on Monday) to explain she’d had a migraine and didn’t see my missed calls/messages. She offered a longer massage to make up for it, but I’d already found another therapist by then. Original: I had a 2:30 PM appointment with Jacqueline, but she never showed up. I waited for over 30 minutes and tried calling her three times, even left a voicemail asking for a callback, but no response. The suite that’s supposed to be hers had no number on the door, unlike the others, and there were no signs of anyone inside; no lights, no answer when I knocked. It seems like she may no longer be in business, but her website is still taking appointments and payments. I’ll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I’d recommend a

Booked a massage. Massage person never showed up. It's been a week and she has not answered voicemail or emails. Plan to contact my bank and report a fraudulent charge as she still took my money. Seems as if business is a scam.
