Shane is really knowledgeable and attentive as a practitioner. Great at explaining the science and body mechanics behind the treatments and exercises. Super friendly and encouraging. The exercises he prescribed have been really helpful in resolving my injury and fun to do.

I feel somewhat torn writing this review. As a hypermobile person, who will always need to come back to physical therapy, I’d like to keep Shane a secret on a small island full of folks who need a lot of PT. But as you can see, I am one of many to give him a raving review, and I simply must write a review for one of the best physical therapists I’ve had on my 15 year journey of chronic pain for hypermobility. Shane is incredibly thorough. He listens to you, works with you and your lifestyle, and doesn’t prescribe a one-size-fits-all form of care to his patients. Dr. Shane is a wonderful Physical Therapist. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in my recovery from my quad tear. He gave me many exercises to do at home though coming in person reaped huge benefits.
