I am sharing my full experience so future clients can ask detailed questions beforehand and avoid surprises. *** update- I have had two different consultation’s and have confirmed from them and Athena that a handheld blade was used meaning nano brows weren’t done regular microblading was and still she refuses to refund me *** Don’t use Groupons for this service and go somewhere else. *** My daughter purchased a Groupon for a microblading session as a gift. Prior to the appointment, I contacted the technician, sent photos of my brows, and asked if I could upgrade to nano brows. I was told I could pay the price difference. When I arrived, I was informed that in addition to the nano upgrade fee, I would need to pay an extra $100 for “density” due to sparse brows. This was not outlined in

So far, I have had a wonderful experience with Athena. I just finished my touch up appointment, but really see the difference in my brows. She also did an eyelash enhancer on me. It really has made my eyes pop. I trust that if there is any touch up that needs to be done for my brows, she will fix it when I come back for my eyelash follow up. I had my eye brows done two times before and it was extremely painful. This process was so much easier this time. Minimal pain.

Athena is really great! She did my eyeliner 6 years ago in Southlake and I just came back for a touchup and the eyeliner still looks amazing! I get compliments every week at work when I’m flying. Thank you!

I joined the membership and have gotten a facial and Botox in my jaw for tmj and eye filler and she is so sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. I never really like filler and Botox because it scared me just she always makes me reassured. She can pretty much do anything so it’s a one stop shop! Highly recommend!

PLEASE READ! I went to Athena Beauty Bar for two eyebrow nano-blading sessions this month at Frisco location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The first session was supposed to shape and thicken my brows, and the second was the touch-up. After spending a significant amount of money and going through a lot of discomfort, the results were not what I asked for. During the procedure, I was left bleeding while the technician stepped away to take a phone call. When I pointed out uneven areas and gaps that needed filling, the responses felt reluctant and too casual instead of attentive. Even after multiple attempts to get the shape and length right, the outcome was far from what was promised. I am now sure Athena doesn’t know what she’s doing or she’s too casual about it. S
