Always greeted with pleasantries. Very personal and knowledgeable staff. Accommodating to my needs when possible. Sabrina explained the procedure. Marcia and her trainee did a wonderful job. Can’t say enough of the girls at the reception desk. All are very helpful especially Lisa and Stephanie. Hope nothing changes and they all keep up the great work.

I never write reviews but ATRadiology definitely deserves 10 ⭐️. I’ve done a few exams with them and they’re great. From the scheduling girls that helped me setting up my appointments over the phone, to the friendliest girls at the front desk and the techs, they’re wonderful!! They made me feel so comfortable while doing my studies. Smooth check in process, everything A+. Also, the billing department representatives were very attentive when I called with some questions regarding my insurance coverage. Very professional staff! I’ll definitely schedule my follow up scans with them.

I had a great experience during my mammogram thanks Marcia. She was professional, kind, and very reassuring throughout the entire process. She explained each step clearly and made what can be an uncomfortable experience much easier. I truly appreciated her patience and compassion. Excellent care and service. Also, I had a wonderful experience with the ultrasound technician LaQuasha She was gentle, patient, and very reassuring, which made the exam much more comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out.

Very serious! Scheduled my mammogram and ultrasound. I was told by the mammogram tech that my health plan (BCBS) isn’t covering 3D mammograms as I am already in the exam room. A choice to pay was never mentioned by neither front desk nor the tech, but rather explained that if there are any issues they’d call me back. I explained I have fibrous bread established by the 15 previous mammograms I’ve had but no other alternatives were mentioned. Upon leaving the facility I called and was told by the billimg dpt they could have offered it ( im thinking it should be a routine offer PRIOR to your appt in enough time to do your due diligence with insurance) the best breast imaging should be made available as a choice. I may ur may have not had the money to pay the difference but there wasn’t a chan

I went in in the morning without an appointment and was helped by Arlene at the desk. She got me in that afternoon Everyone there was so helpful. The tech was A+ and the entire staff was so friendly and professional. Heidi recommend if you need x-rays or MRI here
