The front desk team was warm, professional, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The dental assistants were incredibly kind and attentive, always checking to make sure I was comfortable and explaining each step along the way. You can tell they truly care about their patients. My visit today was incredible. Once I was done checking in at the reception desk- which took only 5mins, the hygienist (Nicole) took over. She was very pleasant and knew her job. While I was in her care she took the time to walk me through each process and prepared me for any shift in the process ahead. Even though I spent very little time with the doctor, he too was very pleasant and ready to answer my questions and address my concerns. I definitely rate the service 10/10.
