Astoria Vision Center

This was a pleasant experience! I needed a vision exam in order to renew my driver's license. The staff are extremely friendly and the doctor had me in and out within minutes. They even submitted everything to the DMV for me! Thank you Astoria Vision Center for the efficient, friendly, and straightforward service!

The doctor is amazing, kind, respectful, sharp. Some of the workers are petty and gossip a lot and don’t update you properly. Limited styled frames if you’re on a Medicaid plan. Bathroom is a hold up!

I asked them if they offered delivery so I wouldn't have to wait 5 days until my day off, and they told me that if it turns out I have to wait 4 days for the glasses and they sent them to me by USPS, don't they know how slow and bad the service is with regular mail? If I offer to pay for delivery regardless of the price, why do you charge me for shipping and send me a delicate piece by regular mail? Now if it gets lost, surely no one will be responsible?

I’ve been getting my eye exams & contact lens orders from Astoria Vision Center for about two years and I’m very happy with the level of service & care. The associates are always so helpful and are quick to answer any questions by phone or email. I highly recommend them!
