Please be cautious when using this practice was told i was in network but when I get there I am actually am Tier 2 which means they ONLY cover 60%. I work in insurance and this means you are NOT in network but they always say you are to get you through the door with tier 1 they cover 90% which is what I thought it would be. Do your homework before coming here as the surgeon also NEEDS not wants to do this special scan on you that is $300 dollars not covered of course. This is also the only place I know in the world that charges for a consultation $100. Took a PTO day for this thinking everything would get done now out a day, time and need to find somewhere else.
