Richard Manuelian went beyond my expectations. Did a great job explaining, cleaning my teeth, fixed a small chip on my back tooth & was gentle, plus office was spotless. Staff was nice and it’s great to find an amazing dentist in my neighborhood. Highly recommended.

I’m writing this to warn others about my mother’s experience with Dr. Richard Manuelian. He told her that she needed surgery for a tooth issue and claimed there was no guarantee of success—even if she paid for the procedure. He also made several other alarming statements that turned out to be completely untrue. Thankfully, my mother went to another dental office for a second opinion, and the new dentist—who was kind, honest, and thorough—was able to clean and fix her tooth easily without any surgery or complications. It’s extremely disappointing to see a professional try to mislead patients and cause unnecessary fear just to make more money. Please be cautious and always get a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment here. This experience felt dishonest and unethical.

Not sure if the staff answering phones has changed or just overwhelmed! Never had an issue in my more than 10 years and would travel to come to them. Ugh.. sad that interaction with rude and probably incompetent front desk to schedule appointments is making me think to move dentists. If the dentist can be well mannered, why can’t the support staff? Isn’t their job to serve the patients, then why the attitude? You get paid and the patients pay you!

I recently went to Dr. Nicole Lam for the first time. I hadn't been to a dentist in quite sometime because my last dentist in Illinois was rude and kept gouging me for unnecessary fees. So I was cynical about going to a dentist. Things got worse and I looked up local dentists and found Dr. Lam. I read previous views that shared she was informative and gentle. That is true, Dr. Lam is very friendly and professional. Her office was very kind and helpful, but most of all Dr. Lam renewed a sense of trust as a dentist. I am grateful she was so understanding and appreciated her suggestions. I will definitely come back.

Dr. Kashani is by far the worst dentist . She is rude very unprofessional. A dentist is supposed to make a patient feel comfortable because no one really likes to go to a dentist she is sitting there telling me she can’t numb me anymore but wants me there crying in pain. Dental pain is worst than birth . And besides that there were ants/ bugs walking around the tray she walks out the room with gloves doesn’t change them it’s double contamination.
