Dr. Alma Cruz is the best allergist I have had. She is very professional, patient and empathetic. These are qualities that I appreciate as an 82 year old senior.

You guys rock! The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Lairet was attentive and very smart.

From my daugther Mila: I actually LIKE going to the doctor here (and that’s saying a LOT, because who likes shots?! ). Everyone is super nice and always remembers my name. The nurses make me laugh before my allergy shot so I don’t even have time to worry about it. The office looks happy and not scary at all, and it feels more like visiting friends than going to the doctor. I give it 100 stars if I could, because now I can breathe better and still play outside with my friends.

I called because my son had a follow-up appointment, and I wanted to schedule appointments for my two daughters as new patients. However, the office refused to see all three of my children on the same day. I am a single mother working a 9-to-5 job, and I cannot take three separate days off to go to the same doctor’s office. I explained that my one-year-old daughter has chronic asthma and is often sick, which makes it even more important for me to have all of my children seen on the same day. I asked if they could schedule the appointments on the same day at different times, and they said no. I even offered for them to be seen by different doctors as long as it was on the same day, since I cannot request three separate days off. They still refused and did not offer any accommodations. I fo
