This office is one of the few that I can say gets 100% in every area. Not only is Dr. Cruz polite, respectful, attentive, and most importantly patient, so is the entire staff. They work to get things done, constantly check on your well being by observing and asking. We need more Doctors and Staff like them!

Dr. Padeh and his staff are the best! They are caring and kind. And they treat each patient as a unique individual. I have been a patient here for several years and have always had a good experience each and every time I visit. Yesterday, I came for an injection and was treated professionally and courteously. It was my first time at Asthma and Allergy associates in Aventura. My appointment was at 2:15, I arrived at 2:10pm. The reception lady was not friendly or welcoming at all. It seemed that she hated her job this day, not to mentioned that she was behind a high front desk furniture hidden, not being able to have eye contact and I couldn’t hear her at all while I was signing off the consents while I was providing to her all my personal info. She was talking inward and very low in energy. I needed to keep on asking and letting her know that it was hard to hear her. I was checked in and then called at 3:40pm. I saw a RN which he was really nice and great; but unfortunately he was the only one on the shift. I didn’t not leave the office until 5:35pm. The doctor was friendly and attention but i

I had a fantastic experience during my last allergy appointment. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The nurse was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The doctor was knowledgeable, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. You can tell the entire team genuinely cares about their patients. I'm truly grateful for the excellent care I received—highly recommend this practice!
