Why such low rating? These goofy patients aren't rating the doctors care!! they care they're rating not being able to reach them, remember there is only so much they can do with so many calls and so much going on.... it's not their fault! they're not rating their amazing care. The doctor here is amazing he cares he takes time to listen to you! I drive and a half to see them. The doctor is an amazing doctor.. Front desk and the nurse yeah they usually never call back! It's out of hand in that area. The doctor needs to get their staff into shape to actually call patients back. This is day #3 nobody returns my car for an appointment.

Update: You are still charging customers for appointments they did not have and allergy shots they did not take. This is what you are doing to me with a bill of $500 dollars that you keep sending me. It should not even be legal to do that. I had a very disappointing experience at this doctor’s office. They attended me without verifying my insurance first, and now they’re trying to charge me for a visit and allergy shots that were never even administered. Be careful and make sure they confirm your coverage before any appointment — I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

They never answer the phone, I leave messages I don’t get a call back. They started treatment I received one injection and due for next injection and none of their phones are being answered, no choices to be ble to get. Live person left several messages. I guess it’s time to go to a professional office that does care about their patients well being. I’ve been 7 weeks 24/7 with allergic reaction . Dr diagnosed me with chronic idiopathic urticaria

I highly recommend this asthma and allergy clinic! The staff is friendly, and the doctors are knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to address all my concerns, and I felt well taken care of. A great experience overall! Sania is my favorite medical assistant

I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed. I was truly impressed by his expertise and the exceptional care provided by both him and his nurse. The entire staff was efficient, welcoming, and genuinely friendly.
