Hello, I am Patrick and I am a real person. I never leave reviews but I made an exception to save you time. This office is bad. Muy mal. They will never answer the phone and it takes several business days to get a response. If you are sick and just need to get meds, you must clear a day and go in as a walk-in. I went here seldomly for 4 years and never once was able to talk with someone on the phone when trying to make an appointment. When I finally changed PCPs, it was because I got a sinus infection, went in on a Friday and the doctor wasn’t in until Wednesday when I was free. There’s just no point with this office. I’m sure they’re nice people. Their business is just bad.

It is the worse service I’ve ever had. It usually takes me 30 to 45 minutes to wait for the doctor, even when I arrive early or on time for my appointment. Today, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes before the doctor came. I asked twice to speak with a manager or supervisor to understand the reason for such a delay, but I was ignored—no managers showed up

If you’re pregnant, don’t rely on these people. My girlfriend and I have been trying to get our first check up and we get canceled every appointment because the provider has an emergency. I even missed a days work because I went to the appointment and they canceled on us 3 minutes before. When it comes to your pregnancy you should expect reliability and you’re not going to find it here.

How does this place get away with never answering phones, never returning voicemails, and always having patients wait an additional 20 to 60 minutes to be seen when they have an appointment? When will these issues be addressed? Take it from me: go elsewhere if you value patient care, respect and your time!

The WORST receptionists I have ever seen. Never answer the phone, send me to wrong department, lie about fulfilling medication refills, horrible attitude, put you on hold till the call drops, completely unprofessional and unorganized. A HELL of a clinics. No sense of care or urgency. The doctors are good and mean well. It’s just the staff that runs the office that is a joke. Please avoid this clinic and save yourself a headache and go somewhere where they respect their patients. Also barely any parking to top it off. Leaving this place soon.
