Assure Dental of Culver City

I’ve been going here I think 3 years now and it’s by far my favorite dentist ever. The dentist himself is really quick and not pushy at all. I was able to get fluoride for the first time in my adult life and it was really great. I also got a goody bag. I can’t wait to go back 💕 also the fact that I was in and out so quickly really made me so happy because I had somewhere to be after my appointment.

Since becoming an independent and having to use hmo insurance, I’ve looked for a dentist that I could trust, felt respected, runs on time, and does all the things they should be doing (cleaning, polishing, x rays) This spot does all of this. I walked in on time. Signed in and was walked back within 5 min. By a gentleman with a. Kind energy. He was very polite as he worked on getting the x ray jacket situated. The de tier came in, did a quick check, and started the cleaning. The kind gentleman finished it with a polish that literally CHANGED THE WHOLE VISIT!! He was able to get a stain off my teeth that I’d been working on for almost a month! So happy. I had a Standard 6 month Check up. No additional services.

Terrible customer service and provider. They wanted to bill over $2,000 for the visit. They tried to bill everything that needed done even though insurance would have covered it. The Dr. Dentist was very blunt and confrontational about the service that needed done and stated that he could not perform routine procedures that they advertise. This has been the worst dental experience I could have imagined. If you want to be mocked and have everyone be passive aggressive, condescending, and rude. This is definitely your place.

I love this dentist's office! Everybody is super friendly, very professional, and I even got an appointment to fix visible tooth damage right the next day.

The hygienist was thorough and gentle as was the dentist. After many years with another practice their care made the decision for me to move was validated! Thank you.
