I recently changed my insurance and the receptionist was very helpful. I made my first appointment and was greeted by my hygienist and she did an awesome job. I have to say I enjoyed my visit. After not having been to a dentist in 3 years, they all were very welcoming. Dr. Poe was very kind, and explained a course of action to fix a crown. I am glad I found Assure and will make them my dental place going forward.

Finally found a personable and professional establishment for my dental needs. The first person I spoke with Lynn was both knowledgeable and friendly. She really gave me time to plan my appointment and offered various options. It was done expeditiously with immediate follow up. Kristy was an excellent hygentist. She made me feel comfortable and cleaned my teeth without pain or discomfort. Dr.Poe took his time to explain my future procedures in detail and was kind and efficient. Finally happy and satisfied at a dentist 🦷!!! That's a colossal feat for a NY lady to experience. Kudos 🎉 keep it up Assure.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Now I get anxious just making my dental appointment, so let’s just say I was extremely nervous going to an office without recommendations from friends. I was pleasantly surprised to find the office clean, and neat. The staff was very friendly, professional and wait time short. Dr. Poe was friendly and professional, listened to my concerns and provided the best solution. My dental assistant was extremely kind and proficient, hygienist friendly and thorough. The front office staff reviewed my insurance benefits prior to proceeding with treatment. I can’t say enough positive feedback! Highly recommend this office for your dental care.

I would say I am the most picky person about my teeth and Dr. Poe replaced a crown on my front tooth and I could not be happier. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Great bedside manner, very knowledgeable, cannot say enough good things about him.
