Horrible company ! They don’t call you to let you know when staff calls out . They hire anyone workers come in high as a kite , the smell lingers all around the house , they are always late ! Unprofessional very and not to mention they have the workers call and harass you when you ask to end Services which is problematic And unsafe for the families in care this is the 2nd time this has happened with the first being a lady got fired for bringing her child to work with her & pulled up to my house trying to intimidate me to help her get her job back then send me text messages for a week straight off of different numbers harassing me the Second time I called to end services with the company And told them not to send any workers out and they had the workers calling and texting me repeatedly say

Worse company to work for at least in the Lakeland office.

I had them over to discuss cleaning my home through a program provided by the state for the long term ill and she was rude to the point where I made them leave. Wondering how many suicides they caused from the put downs to the disabled. Despicable! Then she lied to her boss and the next day there was an anonymous call to DCF, obviously her from the things she told them. You don't do that to people if you want their business. When I joined this program I was told things like this would not happen, that I would get the help I needed. I am dying and need help. This company will not help you.

Unreliable staffing and obvious communication failures

The absolute worst company ever , from the rude unprofessional office staff to the pay rate they pay the caregivers to bed over backwards for clients is ridiculous. I will be reporting this company to the state there is no way they should still be accepting clients .
