Stay away! I've had multiple problems with getting charged twice or getting no show fees when I reschedule more than 24 hours in advance. I'm currently trying to get the latest one resolved and removed but the office manager won't return any of my calls, the front desk won't let me speak to anyone higher, and billing says I need to speak to the office manager. This places administrative staff is horrible. The PA I was seeing was great, but she's no longer with the practice.

I was a patient here and my children also. When Dr. Brian Glenn was in the practice, it was wonderful. He was followed by Dr. Justin Brown, who was such a great doctor. Over the years, this place has gone down, in my opinion, in terms of service, courtesy, and kindness. The staff have such an unpleasant way of speaking to people. I stop going when the accounting department double charged for visits and submitted incorrect billing to my insurance company, getting paid for the same visit twice (which I believe is possibly fraud). I am just very disappointed in the service that I see today. It is not the same practice from the 90's. It was truly a "family" feel then.

I love this practice. Dr. Johnson has been my doctor for years through a lot of ups and downs with medical conditions. I love his caring and thoroughness. He takes time to know his whole patient and has gone out of his way to help me find specialists and referrals that were the best choice for my care. His staff are fantastic. The office has short wait times and has always managed to work me in when I was unexpectedly ill - cause when you get bronchitis over the weekend, you need to see your doctor on Monday.

Almost always a positive experience with the staff every time I come to the clinic. Dr. Akinlade is such a good primary care provider. She has good bedside manner, listens to your concerns and really help you with your health. She always follows up especially when she knows you were in the ED or hospitalized.She's one of the best PCP I've had. Highly recommend her!!

The experience here is quite awful. They run their office like an old business, similar to the sales gimmicks of a chiropractic office. For example, I went in for my annual physical and preventive visit. They told me they were not aware prior to me showing despite my 1 email and 2 phone calls prior to confirm. They asked me to come in several times for blood work and for additional unwarranted appointments. Dr. Justin Brown is quite terrible. It was clear that I made him uncomfortable with my questions. Specifically, I asked about the costs of services and rationale for requesting a fully healthy 30 year old to come in every other month. I called in to cancel an appointment and they do not have their answering service set up for the weekend. Very convenient considering they charge a $50 mi
