Horrible service, They leave you waiting for a long time for someone to answer you, and when you are close to being answered they hang up on you.

Our office can't get through to re-direct an authorization for a patient that needs oxygen tank. The provider that was approved doesn't have any tanks available. Called several times to request to redirect. Waited for over an hour for them to answer, and when they pick up the line, they hang up. faxed over a request as well, also requested in the portal to re-direct, nothing has being done.

Horrible time finding specialist, the ones that are covered have a nurse see you, search for one on their website and they say we don’t cover them, get authorization requested by another doctor and then it’s approved and then try to make an appointment- another they are not covered with them, these are all different instances with different specialist. Basically only have dental, thanks Obama

So far so good. Every time I havent been happy with a Dr they would change without any problem. Referrals happen really quick.

The physicians I've gone to have been very helpful and professional. I was able to get the referral I requested and the turnaround time was better than expected. I'd recommend AHP.
