5 stars for my dr. Dr. Samantha Burstell (wrong spelling) Has seen my husband for years. The first time I joined him on a visit, I made sure to check my insurance to see if I could switch to Sam. She is willing to listen and hear and actually do what you advocate for, obviously unless not safe. I have some issue we have been unable to find and it has torn me apart, however each time I get the nerve to start back, Sam just gives me this burst of positive vibes and hope. I know if I stay doing my part, We will find my problem and get me feeling better. I trust her and she will get to know you and spend time unlike Dr that I’m out script and forget you. I absolutely LOVED Dr. Ghazi. She was probably one of the best doctors that I've ever seen. So kind and compassionate. Unfortunately, though, it is nearly impossible to make appointments with this office. They consistently have me on hold for 15 minutes or more. I've never experienced such poor communication from a doctor's office, and it has forced me to find a different primary care doctor. I'm super disappointed since I truly loved Dr. Ghazi, but I feel that it's important to be able to more easily schedule appointments.

The most disappointing medical office experience I’ve ever had. I honestly don’t know whether their priority is patient care or just money. This is now the fifth time I’ve been billed for services that were never provided, including prescriptions I explicitly declined from the very beginning. the representative was extremely rude and placed me on hold for an unreasonable amount of time with no explanation. Patients, be aware. And to the doctors: I truly hope you see this and address what’s going on. Your patients deserve honest, professional, and reliable care.

Very disappointing experience. My primary doctor left the practice and I was never informed. When I called to ask who my new primary doctor was, I was told I didn’t have one, and later was assigned to Dr. Derek Vigil. During my appointment, when I mentioned I had sought a second opinion, Dr. Vigil became upset, refused to discuss my referral, asked me to leave the room, and then canceled my appointment at the front desk. The staff was also rude and unhelpful. Long wait times and extremely difficult to get referrals — you have to wait months and constantly follow up. I took time off work for this appointment and left feeling very disrespected.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this medical office. The front desk staff never return calls, they kept me on hold for over 20 minutes for an appointment for a vaccine, getting a referral sent out feels impossible. I’ve called several times , always told someone will get back to me “today” but nothing gets done in a timely manner. It’s been a week since I requested a referral and I still don’t have it. Today I even drove there hoping they will finally make it , but instead I was told they are working on it and someone will get back to me today (of course it did not happen ) Is disappointing because the doctors seem good, but the lack of communication and follow-through from the front office makes it really difficult to get the care you need.
