Assist Care Pharmacy

My name is Kenneth Goodwin Senior and I’ve been going to Assist care, for over two years and I have to say that Laura at Assist care, is a very great person. She does whatever she can to help and she’s always there with when you need answers to questions about math or anything so I will give her five stars anytime I want to thank her for being my pharmacist

I would like to thank Melissa, Lea, and Laura for the amazing service that I receive from Assist Care Pharmacy. They are always willing to help me with my refills on my prescriptions by contacting my doctors and staying on top of things. I have been with them for over eight years and my mom and mother-in-law were with them for over ten. The whole staff is very respectful and kind.

Melissa is the pharmacy “manager “ here all she’s managing to do is bring her personal feeling to work. If she wakes up on the wrong side of the bed she makes people wait extremely long periods of time to get their medicine and becomes extremely unhelpful. Multiple times I’ve had to wait over 2 weeks after going to the dr. She then started to lie and say I was demanding she deliver to my job when we agreed over a year ago that I’ll just come pick my medicine up. I truly wish I could get into detail. I will be reaching out to the pharmacy board about her and letting them know all the details. She won’t be around if I have anything to do with it. This is Shante Thomas official review and I’m not removing it.

I Love the friendly staff at Assist Care Pharmacy Melissa helped both my mom and mother in-law for over 9 years. Also both myself and my husband have used them for over six year. They are great at helping us stay on task with our med’s and calling our doctors if needed for refills.

I have been with pharmacy for over nine years and customers service has always been great. I work closely with Melissa she always makes sure my deliveries are always on time. I give them five stars all around. Thank you assist care pharmacy for always being efficient and for all your hard work!!
