I came to Aspire 8 weeks after ankle surgery for a fractured fibula. I was assigned to Armand, assisted by Jesus and they were amazing. They are both very encouraging and easy to work with. Sessions felt more like training sessions than medical visits. I did twice a week for 6 weeks as prescribed and the time flew by. The facility is very nice, like a little private gym. Other places look and feel more like an office space with gym equipment. Highly recommend!

The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-equipped, which made every visit comfortable and productive. Huge shoutout to Armand and Jesus for their thoughtful care throughout my rehab process – they took the time to conduct thorough assessments, identify specific weaknesses, and tailor my exercises accordingly. They also somehow managed to make physical therapy fun, which is no small feat. I couldn’t recommend Aspire Physical Therapy more to anyone in need of PT.

I can't say enough about Armand Salas DPT, and the team at Aspire Physical Therapy. I'd been a patient of Armand's once before, but came in this time with lower back issues and serious sciatica pain. I didn't want to jump right into surgery as advised by a spine specialist, so Armand and I worked tirelessly to build my strength to provide best results. In the end, a surgical outcome was needed, however the work we'd already done prior to surgery put me in a great position for rehab post surgery. Once able, after surgery I started rehab back at the beginning with small exercises at first. Armand was on top of my progress and kept it fresh by consistently changing up my exercises to add strength to different muscle groups and keep me engaged. I worked with Armand and Jesus for a couple of months after suddenly experiencing sharp pain in my forearms and knees with almost any activity. Armand was able to pinpoint the root cause of my pain and walk me through exercises and lifestyle changes that made a real difference and helped me maintain progress. Jesus asked thoughtful questions and paid close attention to small details in my form that made a big impact on my results. They are both skilled professionals and also very honest. When I no longer needed treatment, no one pushed me to continue. That by itself gives me confidence to return if I ever need help again.
