I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this facility. I arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment and was turned away, even though the doctor was still with the previous patient. There was clearly still time to accommodate me, yet no flexibility was offered. As a cash-paying patient, I couldn’t help but feel that my appointment wasn’t valued the same way it might have been if insurance billing were involved. Whether that was the reason or not, the interaction left me feeling dismissed and unimportant. To make matters worse, the restroom was absolutely filthy. There were visible fecal stains and urine around the toilet. For a medical facility, cleanliness should be a top priority, and the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable and concerning. She was amazing . I was referred to her from our cardiologist. Dr. Hoang was caring and asked all the right questions my health is a bit complicated. My wife came with me. At the end of the appointment she has requested dr. Hang to be her primary care Dr also. So happy we found her. She is very personable make you feel comfortable. I would referred her to anyone that ask.

I appreciate the time Dr Hoang spent with me as a new patient to find out about my medical history. She is very easy to talk to, very kind and caring.

Nightmare. I called starting at 9am to schedule a new patient appointment. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Then they had to call me back .. they didn't even schedule the appt. Next, they call me back hours later - so I call THEM back. On hold for another 20 minutes and nobody even came back to the line. I literally never even got an appointment and wasted an entire day calling this place. Imagine what they must be like to deal with once you become a patient and need to access blood work results? Super disorganized.

I will never go anywhere else !! Dr Hoang treats you like family, and her staff is amazing ! They all go above and beyond to treat and care for their patients. They’ve left a lasting impression on my wife and I.
