Aspire Allergy & Sinus

I’ve had amazing relief after my 1st EXaCT shot. Got my 2nd today and feeling very grateful to have a solution to my allergies. This is usually the season that I suffer the most and can’t stop sneezing or blowing my nose. But I haven’t been sneezing or itchy. Angela Chandler has been very informative and helpful.

I had my consultation and initial diagnosis today with Angela Chandler. The whole process with Aspire was very smooth, and it was nice to be able to do a virtual check-in online beforehand to save some time. All of the staff was very professional. Angela, in particular, was both knowledgeable and informative, as well as compassionate. She ensured I understood what to expect going forward with my procedure and that all my questions were answered. I could not ask for more.

This place is an absolute nightmare. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I arrived for my appointment only to be told incorrectly, that my insurance was out of network. I immediately called Cigna, who spoke directly with the clinic and confirmed that Aspire at 7601 IS in network. Despite being given clear information, the staff continued to argue that because Dr. Thompson hired a nurse for this location, while he is in Texas. coverage somehow changed. Cigna had to repeatedly explain that staffing is irrelevant — the clinic at this address is fully in network, end of story. Cigna faxed written confirmation and spent 27 minutes on the phone trying to get the staff to understand the basics of their own billing. Everyone was super nice at the Dr.Phillips location. Angela Chandler was knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I was brought back very quickly for my allergy test. The only thing I didn’t like was the tiny waiting area. I would definitely recommend this place!

They are never open. If you want a shot, it's only on a Thursday. ROUTINELY you show up on Thursday and they are closed. Allergy shots require regularity and that's just not possible here. You can't go to one of their other clinics if you haven't made arrangements WELL in advance because they won't have your individual serum available. There are several clinics nearby where the patient is actually the focus of the practice. I'm having a conversation with one right now.
