Aspen Ridge Transitional Rehab

I was placed in rehab after having my leg partially amputated and can honestly say that my experience with Aspen Ridge made everything better. The staff was so great and treated me well. They made me feel better and always showed respect and kindness throughout my stay. I was at Aspen Ridge for two months so it wasn’t a quick stay and had it not been for the staff I would have gone crazy being gone from home for that long. The room was always clean and nice I also liked that it was equipped with a fridge and microwave even the food was good. Everything was nice making my stay comfortable the entire time. I have no negative take sways seeing how they treated me and the other patients there I cannot give them any higher praise they are wonderful and I would trust them to care for me or any o

Aspen Ridge transitional rehab (East) is hands down the best in town! With their attentive, hard working Nurses and CNA staff to their amazing Cooks and knowledgeable PT/OT staff! The front desk receptionist is so kind and helpful and housekeepers that keep the place so clean and smelling good! I’ve also never seen such an amazing team of doctors and NP’s that will take care of your needs to get you feeling better and back home asap! I will definitely be recommending all of my family and friends to stay here when the time comes!

The employees (especially the P/T, O/T, and nursing staff) at Aspen Ridge have done a very credible job (compassionate, thoughtful, and diligent). Lonny, Jeff, Josh show empathy, with just enough push/ encouragement in the rehabilitation process. So many of the rest of the staff are so pleasant, (i.e. Hannah) that it is difficult to name them all. Aspen Ridge is not without its shortcomings but compared to the overall experience, they dwindle in comparison. Experience is over a 21 day (so far) stay. A great place to bring a loved one!

Great experience! Came to Aspen Ridge in a bed and left walking out! OT, PT, ST all great guys and gave me professional therapy! The CNA, short, dark hair with a little red, was great cleaning my mess from not having trained system. Also helped with exit. All staff focused on helping residents. I would give Aspen high marks and would recommend Aspen Ridge for a rehab!

I have mixed feelings for this facility. The building is nice looking, but deceiving. A few times during my shower ( only allowed 3 a week) I had visitors ( spider, ear wig, potato bug.). Just because night shift turns the lights out does not mean needs are not there. I had hip surgery along with a broken femur. It was very painful the first week. I needed help getting out of bed. I needed to use the bathroom during the night ( 3am ish). I pushed the call button and no response. I finally, with pain and a struggle not to twist or turn wrong I got myself to the bathroom. When I can out two “girls l were there and neither offered to help straighten my bedding before I got back in ( without their help).
