I had the greatest experience at Aspen Urgent Care. The staff from the moment I walked in were beyond kind. I was seen very quickly, although it was late and busy. My PA, William Rowland, took care of me as if I was a member of his own family. He went out of his way to help me beyond just my emergency needs of that evening and I cannot thank him enough for that. He is a honest, and very knowledgeable person who is of his word. What I mean by that is he said he would follow up with me the next day, and did, where he again went out of his way to provide me with more assistance. The care I received was incomparable to any other urgent care I’ve been to anywhere. He jumped through hoops to make sure I was taken care of and was beyond patient, and kind while doing so. He is truly a gem in town
I will not be returning to Aspen Urgent Care. My parents went for a scheduled appointment and were made to wait one hour. They both expressed their disappointment in the manner they were treated. They said the staff was rude. This is the second time I've seen staff lack the insight to deal appropriately with older adults experiencing dementia. Your staff desperately needs training dealing with seniors compassionately & effectively.
I’ve always had good experiences at Aspen and used to come here regularly for primary care, which is why I chose to come in today on New Year’s Eve. I came in concerned about possible strep after testing negative for COVID and flu earlier in the week. Thankfully, my strep test was negative. However, the provider I saw felt very cold in her demeanor. She wasn’t rude, but the interaction felt rushed and impersonal. What confused me most was that aside from checking my throat, there was no examination of my ears, nose, or breathing. Even though I mentioned I didn’t have a cough or congestion, I was still surprised that these weren’t checked, especially if the conclusion was that this was viral. We had an incredibly frustrating experience at Aspen UC last night. My partner was explicitly contacted earlier in the day and told to come around 8:00pm for an assessment and a possible chest X-ray. We arrived around 7:45pm and were told at the front desk that they were no longer accepting patients, with no further explanation. What made this especially maddening is that the same staff member, Natasha, was the one who emailed him earlier and also the one who casually informed us they would not see him. There was no sincerity, no real apology, and no acknowledgment that she had been the one who told us to come at that time. The clinic did not close until 9:00pm. Had we been told there was a cutoff time or limited capacity, we would have arrived earlier. Instead, we followed their guidanc
honestly, I’m surprised By the reception team because I was never given a reminder about my appointment or confirmation. I had to call myself. I set it up a few months ago, but I was never given an email to confirm that I even set an appointment. I have a newborn so I have Mom brain so I need those things. So when I call today, I ask if I have an appointment coming up because I knew it was sometime in March I was just unsure about the date and time and when I’m answering her questions about my date of birth and also my name she’s interrupting me and then also having a tone in her voice that is very Unfriendly. I honestly wish I could report the call so I could try to post it here but 🤷♀️ But she said that I had an appointment for Monday and I asked why I hadn’t gotten a confirmation that
