Amazing care and wonderful staff! My family and I are so grateful for the care my dad received at Aspen Hill Rehab after his recent hospitalization. From day one, the entire team was kind, attentive, and truly invested in helping him get back on his feet — literally. A very special shout-out to Joe in Rehab — his dedication, positivity, and expertise made a huge difference in my dad’s recovery. He took the time to explain everything, made therapy enjoyable, and genuinely cared about my dad’s success. We cannot thank Aspen Hill Rehab enough for the compassion and professionalism they showed our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional rehabilitation care.

Not really sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from .This facility completely failed my mother and placed her life at risk. She was admitted in December and was there for 3 weeks in the rehab section. She was a critical case in the hospital prior to coming here. I called NUMEROUS times leaving messages for the social worker at the nursing station and the actual social worker's direct line and did not receive one call back to keep me informed. I am my mother's healthcare proxy and it is documented that it is ok to speak to me. Carolyn was the social worker and with me and my aunt calling so many times, we did not get one phone call back from her. Not even from a doctor to discuss how she was doing or the plan. So not one single phone call in three weeks from any of the staff caring for

Our family is deeply grateful for the care my dad received at this rehab hospital. From the moment he arrived, after a very difficult experience at another facility in the Merrimack Valley, he was met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. The team welcomed him with high-quality, attentive care that immediately restored trust. Navigating an end-stage illness is incredibly hard, and the staff eased that burden as much as possible with skill, patience, and empathy. Elizabeth, in particular, made a meaningful difference. She helped make his nights feel less lonely and did an excellent job engaging with our family so we always understood how he was doing. Her compassion and communication meant more to us than she probably realizes.

All of the staff that I dealt with here were fantastic! The facility is clean, the staff are friendly and caring. My mother was here for care for about 45 days. I visited her everyday so, I had a chance to see and meet the nurses and staff members that were caring for her. Everyone was caring and eager to help with any needs that arose. The facility stayed in contact with me as I was the health care proxy, and kept me updated to any changes of condition or medication as they happened. I would recommend Aspen Hill to anyone.

Taking wonderful care of my cousin. Special special shout out to Heather the respiratory therapist. It may seem irrelevant, but it is not. After I left visiting my cousin, I came out and my battery was dead. Could not find anyone to help me called Triple A and they said it could be at least an hour. The lovely woman at the reception desk asked everyone in the facility if they could help me and Heather came to my rescue. Not only did she help me, but she drove home to get her jumper cables! I was on the phone trying to cancel my order with Triple A When she came back ready willing and able to help. Turns out I needed a new battery. Again it sounds irrelevant, but it is not!!
