I’m highly disappointed in the way I was treated at this location. I previously had a root canal done here back in March, and at that time, they did a great job. However, for my other cavities, they simply covered them instead of giving me the option to decide how I wanted to proceed. When I returned because one of those fillings started hurting, I was told I now needed a root canal which made me feel like they’re more focused on recommending expensive treatments rather than helping patients make informed decisions. I scheduled the root canal but had to reschedule due to travel, and I called ahead to do so. Despite that, I was told I’d be charged a $50 “no-show” fee, which didn’t make sense since I called in advance. I later found out that they had made their own appointment for me with

Dr. Marshall did an incredible, painless job fixing my tooth, with the expert help of dental assistant Sayra. Office manager Lee was so helpful, putting me on a waitlist and calling me as soon as a Saturday spot opened up. Loida, another wonderful dental assistant, made sure I was comfortable and reassured me the entire time. Great experience at Aspen Hill Implant and Family Dentistry! I was seen on a Saturday and the dentist was wonderful and honest. Such a blessing.
