Aspen Dental - Zephyrhills, FL

I am that person, the one that is scared to death of dentists. I am old and getting more apprehensive of pain! So, for 5 years I had not been. I cannot say why, when so many other people told me to go to their dentist, but I just picked this place. I could not be happier. From the front office to the district manager, this place is wonderful. My hygienist, I belive her name is Janie, was so gentle, re-assuring and patient. I am not finished with the stuff they need to do, but I can say, I am very grateful for these wonderful folks. Makes you believe in honesty, integrity and empathy for the scared folks like me. (In addition, I am able to keep all my teeth!) Such a big win.

This clinic is extremely misleading. Their “care” disappears the moment you don’t agree to expensive, unnecessary treatments. I was aggressively upsold and told I needed multiple procedures that supposedly couldn’t wait. I trusted my instincts and went to another clinic for a second opinion—and was told I had none of the issues this place claimed I had. Not one. This experience felt dishonest and predatory, not medical. Patients deserve transparency and integrity, not fear-based sales tactics. I will never go to another Aspen Dental again and strongly urge anyone considering treatment here to get a second opinion before spending a dollar.

So far our experience has been excellent! The front office staff who answers the phones, check in, tech, dentist, and office manager were all friendly and genuinely kind. Hoping the rest of our experience will be just as great!

Felt like I was in a used car lot. I was constantly being sold goods that I didn’t need or want. They refused to do a regular cleaning saying it wouldn’t do any good. More harm than good actually because of periodontal issues. Then they dropped a $3,000 bombshell on me. I felt ganged up on. I’ll never go back.

Very pleased with the outcome of my cleaning. Summer was very thorough and super nice! I Will only be coming to Aspen Dental from now on!
