Aspen Dental - Wyomissing, PA - Reading

My experience was great, amazing, and wonderful. I usually am uneasy and uncomfortable in a dental office. But at Aspen Dental they showed me what it felt like to be taken care of with respect and patience. When I entered it already felt like a safe environment, from the lady's at the front desk to the doctors and assistants.Everyone played their part in making me feel like I will be leaving feeling 100% better then the way I entered. I really loved they way I was treated over at aspen dental and I would recommend them to anyone that has to go through with any of their own dental needs.

I was able to get a fast appointment due to emergency dental needs. They are always very accommodating. If you don't have insurance they take their time and help you with different ways to be able to afford care. Nothing is pushed on you and everything is well explained. Staff are very friendly. Overall an amazing place to receive dental care.

I was very impressed with all aspects of Aspen. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Each person was competent in his/her task and did it well and in a professional way. I was always made to feel valued and comfortable. The issues for which I came to Aspen were addressed in detail with different ways to approach them. When I came to a decision, they were able to do the extra dental work right then during my first visit. I am very pleased and would highly recommend others switch to Aspen and/or try Aspen.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and have always had a good experience. They are quick and efficient. I take good care of my teeth so my appointments are always quick and easy. The only uncomfortable moment is when they take X-rays because that tool they use is too big for my small mouth but as mentioned before it’s super quick. The staff are very nice and know what they’re doing

I had work done at this practice several years ago and it was fine. Dr. Young is great but unfortunately I didn't make it that far today. I made the appointment online yesterday for 4PM today, an associate called to follow up and request my insurance information. I provided it. Today, I arrived 5 minutes early and sat while they were waiting for a fax from my insurance company. Now, I don't doubt that my insurance company sucks too, but it doesnt change the fact that I gave Aspen the info they need yesterday to get this done. They had all day, but when I arrived it was as if the call they made to me yesterday was just for fun. So I sat and waited. Waited for the useless middleman I pay for to be useful for a brief moment, so the practice can determine how little the middleman I don't wan
