Laquanda Williams is a great consultant. She explained everything to me very clearly, and took the time to highlight my options. Very professionally. I wish all my experiences with customer service or consultants were more like her.

Dr. Johnson is very nice and her staff Is amazing however unfortunately, I came in for a crown and she did not put a post in and ultimately the crown and the whole tooth fell out, leading me to accept her offer to do a bridge free of charge, which was super nice because they are super expensive but it’s been an uphill battle for me because ever since she put the bridge in the lab got the size of the teeth wrong and she ordered another one and it’s been impossible for me to schedule a time because I just can’t get anybody to call me back up there. The bridge that’s oversized. It doesn’t fit right even fell out so now what started as a simple crown has turned into me missing half of my mouth. I guess I have no choice but to sync more money into a solution at this point somewhere else.

I had a wisdom tooth start bothering me over the weekend and was looking for a place that would accept no insurance and not break the bank. Aspen is only 7 mins from my house and they got me in the same day for an x-ray and exam. I needed it to be pulled and they set me up for the next morning. In all paid 312 bucks total. Not to bad, might have been able to find cheaper but this was convenient and saw me immediately. Eveyone was super nice and helpful explaining everything. Highly recommended if in a pinch and need some work done immediately.

Aspen Dental University Pwy WS,NC has impeccable customer service skills. All I encountered made me feel right at home (even with my nervous energy). I’ve decided to go back & I would definitely refer some to them. Just on customer service alone. I’ve yet to endure any treatments but I’ll keep you posted.

The entire staff I’ve worked with so far has been absolutely amazing. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, making every visit a positive experience. I truly appreciate the kindness and excellent service!
