I have been a satisfied patient of Dr. Ebersol's for 2 years and I suspect you will too. He provides top-notch care and demonstrates a genuine concern for his patients. He has also gone out of his way to help me when I was in a bind more than once. His staff is also friendly and helpful.

Everyone was very polite and kind, didn’t judge me at all. Let me know how to take care of my teeth in a very nice and educating way. Let me know what I needed to fix immediately and what was most important.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Aspen dental. From the outset, i felt rushed and undervalued as a patient. My concerns about my dental issues were not taken seriously, leading to inadequate treatment that caused more problems. What’s more alarming is the apparent pressure on patients to leave positive reviews it seems they are more focused on their reputation than on providing quality care. It also raises serious concerns about their integrity and authenticity of their feedback. I strongly advise to take a look at the “STOP ASPEN DENTAL PAGE” on facebook, this office has been mentioned in this group.

Very upsetting experience at this dental office. Waited 30 minutes to be taken back for my new patient appointment. After I got my x-rays done I was lead into a room where they had someone else’s x-rays on the screen until they realized they weren’t mine. Is that not against the law? The assistant with blonde hair seemed very timid and lacked patient communication skills. I did like the doctor however, the office manager had an attitude that seemed like she didn’t have the time or patience to explain the work I needed done. Will not be returning for the fillings I need.

You people brought me in to do an extraction sent me home in pain and scheduled.e for a week later with no pain medication to help ease the process which isn't an issue if I had an infection but I didn't. I was already on antibiotics for a week I wasted a day from work to come in and see your doctor and to be told they were to busy to hand regularly scheduled appointments. So I've spent two weeks in pain for you to cancel my appointment when I should have just when to a different dentist in the first place because you private practice can't handle it's scheduled workloads....
