Aspen Dental - Westminster, CO

I used to go to Aspen Dental in Lafayette, CO but the office closed. I had moved closer to the Westminster office before i knew they closing and was planning on transferring. I had my first appt with them and it was a great experience from the moment I walked in the door!! The office staff was super nice and helpful. The office was clean and welcoming!! My hygienist and Dr. Tappe were super nice and gentle! I definitely would recommend this office!! I am super happy with the choice I made! Thank you to all of you at Aspen Dental!

Incredible people and service. Wonderful culture and attitudes. They are worth your time and $ because they genuinely care about you and your oral health. Dr. Tappe has without a doubt created an impressively efficient and effective practice through operational excellence.

I am so glad I made this my new dentist. Had my wisdom teeth removed the other day and it was painless. Also I am glad I checked with my insurance first that the doctor is in network. I know that me being the patient that is my responsibility cuz it's my insurance. It brought my cost down so much.

I was numbed and left sitting in the chair for nearly an hour without any communication. During that time, not only did the anesthesia begin wearing off, but I became physically uncomfortable from sitting in the chair for such an extended period without explanation. By the time the doctor returned, I had regained sensation in my tooth and required additional numbing. When drilling began, I still felt pain and needed to be numbed a third time. The lack of communication and prolonged wait after anesthesia was extremely disappointing. The only positive part of my visit was the Hispanic woman at the front desk. She was very kind, respectful, and welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Unfortunately, the experience once I was taken to the back did not reflect that

I arrived at the appointment with some concerns about my dental situation. I wondered whether I would be able to afford the treatment, if my insurance would help cover some of the costs, and whether my credit score would affect my ability to secure financing, especially since I need dentures or implants. I had been seeing cost estimates ranging from $30,000 to $50,000, which I knew I could not afford on my social worker income. Fortunately, after an excellent consultation with Dr. Patel and her dedicated team—from the receptionist to the X-ray technicians to the dental assistants—I felt very supported and comfortable throughout the process. Earl was instrumental in helping me find financing options that fit my budget while still providing high-quality dental care. I am looking forward to
